Terms of Service

These terms describe the basic rules for accessing and using PrecisionMail. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement to use the service. Keep your account information accurate, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Permitted Use

Use PrecisionMail only for lawful business communications. You must not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited messages; distribute malware; infringe others’ rights; interfere with the service; or attempt unauthorized access.

Your Data and Responsibilities

You retain responsibility for the content and data you submit, including campaign content and recipient lists. You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to use that data and that your messages comply with applicable privacy, marketing, and electronic communications laws. You must honor opt-outs and maintain accurate suppression records.

Service and Acceptable Sending

We may apply reasonable sending limits, monitor service health, and restrict or suspend activity that threatens deliverability, security, recipients, or the service. We may update or change features as the service develops.

Fees and Cancellation

Paid features, pricing, billing intervals, and applicable taxes will be presented before purchase. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are non-refundable. You may stop using the service or cancel a paid plan through the available account controls.

Intellectual Property and Feedback

PrecisionMail and its related materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service under these terms. If you provide suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve the service without obligation to you.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided to the extent permitted by law without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement. To the extent permitted by law, PrecisionMail is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Suspension, Termination, and Changes

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a breach of these terms. We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
